Background
Quercetin is a bioactive compound that exerts antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Research indicates that quercetin may alleviate chronic health conditions such as hypertension, neurodegenerative disease, arthritis, and lung and kidney diseases and may be beneficial in combating aging-related diseases.
