Hi Rhonda,

Its been fascinating hearing about your journey from pregnancy to being a mother. With the scientific perspective that you take.

As someone looking forward to that journey (but not quite there yet), I’d be fascinated to know which books you read and would recommend?

Another new pregnant mom who would love to see more recommendations for pregnancy. I know Rhonda already covers so many important topics (she’s amazing) but I would love a pregnancy book recommendation (hopefully Rhonda will come out with her own!)

I am very interested in Rhonda’s advice as well!

Following-up on previous comments and agreeing with them wholeheartedly! Are there any plans to have a pregnancy topics page on FMF, in the future? (The breastfeeding topics page seems to have a glitch). I’ve started reading through Lily Nichol’s “Real Food for Pregnancy,” but would love to learn of any other evidence-based resources that would be helpful and a one-stop shop with FMF would be fantastic. Thanks so much for all that you and your team does!

As a first time pregnant future mom, I would love if you could recommend some content that you appreciate related to pregnancy nutrition, fitness and dos & donts. Would have been great to have all this information structured into a book written by you. Thank you for all the quality content that you share.

I would also love if you would answer this question as someone pregnant for the first time and pretty terrified of botching it and wishing I had you as a full time life coach! Just knowing what guided you through your pregnancy would be awesome!

I’m also curious! I’m about to give birth very soon and there’s so much conflicting information
